The staff provided really good service throughout my stay. I received prompt assistance with my requests. The hotel's central location allowed easy access to many attractions. I especially appreciated the helpfulness of the concierge team with local recommendations.
The minibar prices seemed a bit high compared to local store prices.

The fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. It had sufficient equipment for a full workout. A sauna and steam room are also available for guest use. They are located next to the indoor pool.

a mixed stay, some issues noted

fitness room closurepoor communication
the fitness room was closed without any warning. this was quite disappointing. the spa became inaccessible for the remaining days of our stay, again with no notice. the lack of transparency affected our stay. the communication regarding facility closures significantly impacted our experience.

Decent Hotel Experience

The hotel staff provided excellent service. Zara assisted with every request and always exhibited kindness. Eren was also helpful .
The hotel room felt overly warm, yet the air conditioning system had limited effectiveness. I needed to keep the balcony door open to achieve a comfortable temperature. The breakfast quality did not seem to justify its cost.
